There are a lot of weed games, and they can be rather inventive. They’re also a fantastic method to quickly get you up in the air and have a good time with your pals.

We did some research on the internet (as in carefully and methodically searched, not the offensive remark) in order to find the greatest weed games. Then we gathered 21 of the most entertaining for your smoking pleasure.
1. Never Have I Ever
Gather everyone together and be sure there’s enough marijuana to go around. Make a few joints, fill some bongs, or keep some blunts on hand. Select a person to go first. That individual makes a simple statement that begins with “I have never…” and includes some activity.
The third example I’ll give for the clause is that of a cliché. A person might say, “I’ve never been chased by a bear.” Anyone who has done or experienced it takes a toke. The next individual in line (clockwise, counter-clockwise, zig zag around the room, whatever) makes a statement and the play continues from there.
2. Medusa
Sit in a circle and have your cannabis ready. Everyone lowers their head or just looks at the floor on the count of three. On three, everyone lifts their head up and looks at another player.
If you’re looking at someone who isn’t glancing at you, you’re OK. If you’re viewing someone who is looking at you, shout “Medusa!” and light up your joint.
3. Jammin’
This game is straightforward in its premise, but everyone must have their own marijuana. Every time Mr. Marley says “jammin'”,” you should take a hit. “I’m not the only one that wants to be jammin’,’” “or I don’t want to lose no more time on you,” and so on are some of the lines in which backup singers say “jammin’.” You can choose whether or not to count these throughout the song.
However, the backup-singer “jams” are rather quick and frequent (4 hits in 4 seconds), so keep that in mind. It’s a great weed game that will get you high in no time.
4. Weed Jenga
This involves a little preparation and planning, but it’s not difficult. You’ll need a permanent marker and some Jenga blocks. Get as tall as you can before writing standards on some or all of the Jenga blocks.
You can (and should!) cut out the high-time aspect, but you must still create rules. “Take two hits” or “close your eyes for the remainder of the game” are excellent examples. Get inventive and have fun with it (that’s why we did it this way to begin with).
When you’ve completed writing the rules, put the Jenga tower together and play as usual. When a player pulls a block, they must follow its instructions. When the tower collapses, the individual who pulled it has to watch everyone else take a puff on their joint or blunt. That’s all there is to it, but you may come up with your own rules to make things more entertaining.
5. Power Hour
Power Hour is not a game per se, but it’s an excellent method to get really high and have fun. Because you’ll need a lot of your favorite music as well as marijuana, there should be enough for everyone.
You may also record a track from a podcast or YouTube video and listen to it in the background. You might even create a Power Hour mix by downloading one of the mixes on this page or playing it on YouTube. A Power Hour mix is made up of songs played in random increments (15 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, etc.). You can also use your own music by changing the song at random intervals.
However, to work, the individual performing the transformation must pay attention—something that may become more challenging as time passes. Every one of those present has to consume a hit from whatever marijuana is available at the moment when the song changes. Dancing and celebration are supported.
6. Video Games
This weed game is quite simple. Choose your favorite video game—Super Smash Bros. or Mario Kart, for example—and play until there’s a winner. The winner gets to take a puff from the bong while the others are forced to watch. Play again if necessary. Alternatively, the winner may earn 2, 3, or 4 puffs while the loser(s) receives just one.
7. Rock Band
Rock Band is ideal for groups of two to five players and can be a really fun way to kill some time…or a few joints. If you don’t have Rock Band, you may play Guitar Hero instead.
You may add any number of customizations to this template; however, the idea is that you choose a score or a proportion and that everyone (or the team as a whole) must achieve or exceed it. Everyone receives two hits if you meet that objective. If you don’t succeed, you only get one hit (or no hits).
Alternatively, you may compete head-to-head (no pun intended). The winner gets two tokes while the loser gets none. Make up your own regulations and have fun with it.
8. Movie Time
For people who want to go as little as possible while still getting excellent results, there’s always a good film. Choose a movie first. Then make a regulation that whenever anything particular happens or is said in the film, everyone must take a hit.
So, if you select a stoner movie as an example, every time someone smokes in the film at home, everyone has to puff-puff.
It’s not limited to stoner films. If you choose a romantic comedy, smoke when someone kisses in the movie. Smoke if someone gets shot in an action film. Smoke every time you see blood in a horror film? I don’t think so.
9. Bong Pong
This is a fun game that involves smoking marijuana instead of drinking beer. Players try to bounce a ping pong ball into a glass of beer, similar to beer pong. If the ball lands in the cup, the player who scored points gets to hit the bong, while her opponent has to drink the beer. Make up your own guidelines for some additional excitement.
10. Smokin’ Dice Game
Smokin’ Dice is a quick and simple method to have some fun while getting high. Get a set of Smokin’ Dice, fill a big bowl with buds, and get rolling.
The four dice provide you with a wide range of activities, such as “Player of your choice takes two tokes and laughs loudly while spinning in a circle,” or “You inhale then perform a dance in slow motion.” There are no lengthy lists of regulations to remember; instead, there is plenty of smoking enjoyment.
11. Hold Your Smoke (Taxi)
The goal of this marijuana game is to keep your smoke as long as possible, just like the name implies. The basic method is to take a puff and hold it in, then pass the marijuana on to the next person. Exhale your smoke when the MJ returns around to you that’s all there is to it!
If you can’t keep your smoke or choke before the bud arrives, you’re out. There are limitless variations of this game, so make up your own rules and have even more fun. This game may be a bit difficult if there are four or more players or if you suck at holding your breath, so prepare accordingly. At the very least, while you’re doing it, you’ll be high, so don’t let that bother you. “
12. Wheel Of Weed Game
This one is the most preparation-intensive of all of them, but we’ve heard that an electronic version might soon be made available. To make this work, you’ll need something that spins quickly, such as a spinner from a board game (Twister?). The following items should be written on the spinner:
- Smoke
- Joke
- Pass the Toke
- 420
- Truth
- Dare
- Spin Again
- Anything else you’d like to add
Take turns spinning and performing the task specified. You can choose a set number of rounds, play until the ganja is gone, or play last man standing.
13. Strip Choker
Strip Choker requires that everyone have their own marijuana, so prepare ahead of time. Apart from that, the rules are straightforward. All players take a hit at the same time and hold it in before exhaling. The first player to release his or her smoke (whether by coughing or breathing out in any manner) removes an article of clothing.
14. Ash Bomber
For this weed game, you’ll need the following supplies:
- A wide-mouthed jar (a cup will do too)
- A sheet of toilet paper, tissue paper, or rolling paper
- A penny
- A rubber band
- A joint or blunt (not a bong)
Set the penny in the center of the tissue paper, light up your bud, and enjoy. Each person takes one or two tokes (make a plan beforehand), holds in the smoke, burns a hole in the tissue paper, passes the joint around to collect ashes, then exhales.
When users take a puff, they need to create a hole. The loser is the individual who causes the penny to fall and has to do something. We enjoy making them roll the next joint so that we can play again, but you are free to invent your own penalties.
15. Greenjack
It’s just like blackjack, but with a twist: the player who has the lowest score after each hand wins. In each hand, the player(s) closest to 21 gets a hit or two of marijuana.
16. Rock, Paper, Scissors
This is particularly effective in small groups of two or three, but it can be done in any group. You just have to keep playing until there’s only one person left standing.
Throw your choice of rock, paper, or scissors to determine who gets a puff. It’s a simple yet effective weed game that can be played at any time and anywhere.
17. Spliff Solitaire
In most cases, playing games as a group is preferable. But what do you do if no one else is available? Play spliff solitaire! The rules of the game are quite basic, much like the traditional card game.
To begin, start a fatty. Second, offer any variety of solitaire. Alternatively, play it on a computer or mobile device so you don’t have to worry about how many cards go onto each pile. Finally, play the game to conclusion.
If you win, play again. If you lose—which will happen more often than not—take a puff on your one-hitter and try again.
