Lemon Skunk Strain Information

Lemon Skunk is a sativa-dominant souche that packs a powerful punch with its 20-22% THC content. Its aroma and flavor are intense and fruity, with hints of lemon and skunk. It became a Dutch phenom and was named in High Times’ Top 10 Strains of the year in 2009, taking first place in several international competitions. Not only is it a potent strain, but Lemon Skunk is a great medical cannabis strain, with energizing effects that don’t induce a body-heavy high.

Aroma and Flavour

Its flavour and aroma are intense and fruity, with hints of lemon and a skunky aroma.

Appearance

Lemon Skunk has buds that are light green with thick orange hairs and a high calyx to leaf ratio. It grows well in both indoor and outdoor conditions, but take into consideration the height of the strain as it can reach up to 200cm. The flowering stage lasts between 7 to 9 weeks and yields between 100 and 250g per square metre. It’s known for having few leaves and being very easy to manicure as well.
